Chief Administrator & Head of Client Relations - Step Training Inc.

Kaighla Poplawski is a skilled graphic designer and customer service professional with over a decade of experience in client relations, administrative leadership, and visual communication. She graduated from St. Clair College in 2021 with a degree in Design, equipping her with a strong foundation in branding, digital media, and visual storytelling.

Since joining Step Training Inc. in January 2024, Kaighla has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand identity. As the Assistant to the CEO and Chief Administrator, she manages company operations while also leading all graphic design initiatives, including:

  • Corporate Branding & Identity – Developing a cohesive visual language for Step Training Inc.
  • Marketing & Promotional Materials – Designing eye-catching advertisements, brochures, and social media graphics.
  • Presentation & E-Learning Design – Crafting engaging training presentations and digital learning assets.
  • Website & UI Graphics – Enhancing user experience through clear, visually appealing website elements.
  • Certificate & Credential Design – Creating official certifications for training programs.

In addition to her design expertise, Kaighla is the Head of Client Relations for Step Training Inc., acting as the primary point of contact for all training inquiries. Her extensive background in customer service ensures that clients receive personalized support and a seamless experience when engaging with Step Training Inc.’s training programs.

With a passion for visual communication and client engagement, Kaighla continues to innovate and elevate Step Training Inc.’s brand, making learning experiences both informative and visually compelling.
