FEE Structure
We have three ways in which a client can pay for our services.
2. Day Fee – Day fees are charges at a flat rate for 1 instructor and accommodates up to 20 attendees. For a class of over 20, there will be an additional cost for a second instructor. This is based on an 8 hour training day and will be adjusted to each specific training session.
3. Purchase Order – In this case the fees will be in line with the parameters established within the training contract.
Note: This process is best when multiple sessions are anticipated throughout the year.
Administrative costs – Administrative costs are charged per person and will cover the cost of the certificate, training materials (Handouts/Workbooks), as well as content development and any other administrative fees that are required.
Accomodation – In addition to the day training fees, in some cases, Step Training Inc. will require travel and lodging when working outside our geographic area. In this case, the expenses will be totaled after the training session, and to include hotel costs, mileage and flights if required. This amount will be added to the total of the invoice.
Payment Options
Step Training Inc. accepts payment by Direct Deposit (EFT), Cheque, and Credit Card. Official receipts will be provided when requested by client.
Please note; In 2025 a 2.5% fee will be charged for Credit Card payments.
