Ongoing Assessment of Training Effectiveness and Learner Satisfaction

As an industry leader in professional training, we provide our clients with evidence-based results from evaluations and testing that fall within the Tri-Council Policy Statement Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2 Article 2.5).

Quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI) studies can involve program evaluation activities, performance reviews, and testing for assessment, management, or improvement purposes (TCPS 2 Article 2.5).

What does this mean to you?

  1. We provide a baseline evaluation of your employee’s current knowledge and skillsets that relate directly to the training program being provided to your organization.
  2. When appropriate, we provide a midterm evaluation of the effectiveness of training.
  3. We provide a post-training report of the aggregate program (the overall results) as a measure of quality assurance and effectiveness.

We remain accountable to our client’s training objectives
